I always thought I was a graceful lady, but today I was proven wrong while out walking the dogs. It was icy on the sidewalk, but I thought I could make it. Unfortunately for myself, that really wasn’t the case and I slipped and broke my elbow.
Even though I was crying when I got up, I wanted to make sure that my dogs were okay. They were startled and worried, but otherwise unhurt.
While I know that it could have been worse, it couldn’t have come at a worse time – I was planning to go for some job interviews later this week.
